Mini blueberry cheesecake
My first attempt at making cheesecake in the instant pot. Based on this recipe: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/264640/low-carb-sugar-free-instant-pot-cheesecake/ but I mixed in some pureed blueberries and added a crust made from flour, Splenda, and butter. Divided the mixture into 4 mini cake pans that fit inside the pot.
Reorganized my kitchen over the winter break with some new containers and a label maker
Also printed new labels for my spice rack to replace the old paper ones it came with.
Much easier to find everything now!
