My first attempt at making cheesecake in the instant pot. Based on this recipe: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/264640/low-carb-sugar-free-instant-pot-cheesecake/ but I mixed in some pureed blueberries and added a crust made from flour, Splenda, and butter. Divided the mixture into 4 mini cake pans that fit inside the pot.
Also printed new labels for my spice rack to replace the old paper ones it came with.
Much easier to find everything now!

egg, cheese, bacon, tomato, and bell peppers on pita bread, cooked in the air fryer at 350F for 8 minutes
Chicken coated with mustard, maple syrup, paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Also baked some bread with cinnamon, nutmeg, and dried cranberries for dessert.
